Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. Because our products ship directly from our fulfilment partner, please note:

• Damaged or incorrect items: contact us at joshonlinesales50@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
• Change of mind: as a small operation shipping made-to-order stock, we're currently unable to offer returns for change-of-mind purchases. Please check product details carefully before ordering.

This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of the above.
